What you'll do
As an Account Executive (SMB) at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos within the small and medium business segment. You will create opportunities through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and following up on inbound leads. Your goal is to meet and exceed your monthly sales quota, contributing to the overall success of the company.
You will work closely with the marketing team to align your sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and initiatives. Building and maintaining relationships with clients will be key to your success, as you will need to understand their unique needs and how KnowBe4's solutions can address them. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for sales processes.
