You are a motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to simplify complex concepts and articulate value to customers effectively. Your persistence and resilience drive you to meet and exceed targets, and you thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, collaborating closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams.
You have a keen understanding of customer needs and are eager to engage proactively with existing clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Your ability to conduct discovery calls and map customer challenges to solutions is essential in this role. You are coachable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your approach and effectiveness in sales.
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in growing revenue within our installed customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities by proactively engaging with customers. You will conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges, product usage, and unmet needs, ensuring that you can effectively position additional DigiCert solutions that drive value.
You will partner closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to execute a coordinated expansion strategy. This collaboration will help deepen relationships with customers, increase product adoption, and maximize customer lifetime value. Your role will involve mapping customer needs and aligning them with our offerings, focusing particularly on Valimail/DMARC and VMC solutions.
