You have a strong background in technical recruitment, ideally with experience in the tech industry — you understand the nuances of sourcing and attracting top engineering talent. Your ability to build relationships with hiring managers is key, as you work closely with them to understand their hiring needs and goals. You are a brand ambassador for the company, representing Discord positively to candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You are proactive in identifying areas for process improvement and sharing best practices with your team. What you'll do
In this role, you will execute against hiring goals by partnering with infrastructure and product engineering departments to understand their specific needs.
