You have 1+ years of work experience in a Sales role — you understand the importance of qualifying leads and have a demonstrated track record of success in achieving targets. Your proactive and driven nature allows you to excel in identifying customer needs and challenges, ensuring you can effectively communicate the value of Docker's offerings.
Your excellent phone, writing, and listening skills enable you to craft a great first impression with prospects and customers — you know how to add value during every customer touchpoint. You are eager to gain a strong understanding of the industry and the basic functionalities of Docker products, which will help you engage effectively with potential clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will use prospecting strategies to reach out to existing users of Docker who show a propensity to acquire commercial licenses. You will identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers, determining their interest in Docker's products. Your responsibilities will include scheduling discovery meetings for sales representatives and achieving a target number of qualified prospects and new opportunities.
You will respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding interest in Docker products, ensuring that you provide valuable insights to potential customers. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and engage in team development and mentoring, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
