Who you are

You have at least 2 years of experience in sales or field sales, ideally with a focus on B2B solutions. You are passionate about sales and enjoy building strong relationships with clients. You are driven by results and are eager to contribute to the growth of Doctolib in Germany. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and challenges. You are familiar with tracking sales activities and forecasting using Salesforce, which helps you measure your success effectively. You believe in the value of the product you are selling and are motivated to make a positive impact on society through your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth in your region by acquiring new healthcare providers and acting as a consultative partner to analyze their needs. You will regularly track your sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to ensure you meet your targets. Building long-term relationships with healthcare institutions will be a key part of your role, positioning yourself as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey. You will collaborate closely with the Field Sales Team to align on strategies and share insights that can enhance overall performance.
