You have a strong passion for technology and customer success, which has characterized your career thus far. You are eager to take the next step with Doctolib in the Technical Onboarding role, where you will support users in onboarding our operating system for healthcare professionals. Your enthusiasm for service and support drives you to be part of the solution and optimization of processes within Customer Care. As a skilled team player, you seek cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Sales, Tech, and Customer Care to enhance the efficiency of your team and department.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a proactive point of contact for users, primarily medical practices and centers, to assess their context and verify the technical requirements for using Doctolib. You will conduct the migration process of customer data into the Doctolib application, ensuring a smooth transition for users. Additionally, you will provide technical onboarding support for complex inquiries during and shortly after the onboarding process, helping to implement not only the practice software but also other products like the AI-based telephone assistant and appointment management solution.
