What you'll do

As the Head of Automation & Efficiency, you will lead a team focused on enhancing the effectiveness of Sales and Customer Operations — your primary responsibility will be to centralize needs and establish a clear framework for automation. You will work closely with Product Management and Tech teams to identify opportunities for automation that can scale across the organization.
