What you'll do

As the Head of Automation & Efficiency, you will be responsible for overseeing the Automation & Efficiency team, working closely with various departments including Tech, Product, and Sales. Your primary mission will be to identify areas for improvement and implement automated solutions that drive efficiency across the organization. You will centralize the needs of Sales and Customer Operations, establishing a clear framework for what can be autonomously managed versus what requires technical intervention.

You will lead initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of client-facing teams, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and processes necessary to excel in their roles. Your responsibilities will include continuous improvement of existing processes, coaching team members, and collaborating with leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
