Who you are

You have several years of experience in outbound sales, particularly in cold calling, and understand the challenges of a scaling sales environment. Ideally, you have led teams either functionally or disciplinarily, and you enjoy coaching and empowering people to achieve success together. Your structured approach to work allows you to analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and processes effectively, leading to actionable optimizations. You are passionate about transforming the healthcare industry and are ready to make a significant impact with your leadership.

What you'll do

As the Teamlead SDR & Sales Support at Doctolib, you will lead and develop a team of approximately 8-10 sales development representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to establish the structural framework for the team, focusing on coaching and enablement to enhance their skills and performance. You will define and implement new strategies for customer acquisition, particularly through cold outreach, and closely analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with sales, sales support, and relevant stakeholders will be crucial as you work towards the collective success of your team without having individual sales targets. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the growth of Doctolib and making a meaningful difference in the healthcare sector.
