You have several years of experience in outbound sales, particularly in cold calling, and understand the challenges of a scaling sales environment. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a sales development representative (SDR) team of approximately 8-10 members. You will be responsible for the structural setup, coaching, and enablement of the team, ensuring they have the tools and strategies needed for success. You will define and implement new strategies for customer acquisition, focusing on cold outreach to potential new clients. Analyzing performance, KPIs, and processes will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and drive the team's success. You will work closely with sales, sales support, and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Your focus will be entirely on team success and scaling, without the pressure of individual sales targets.
