Doctolib is seeking a Key Account Sales Partner to drive the Enterprise Sales Cycle for Doctolib Connect in the healthcare sector. You'll engage with C-level executives and contribute to product development. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in the healthcare industry.

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, and are passionate about improving healthcare delivery through technology. You excel in building relationships and negotiating deals at the executive level, ensuring that you can effectively position Doctolib Connect as a leading solution in the market. You are results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and translate market feedback into actionable insights is key to your success. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to enhance your approach and drive efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the Enterprise Sales Cycle within the hospital environment, identifying key clinic clusters and setting clear quarterly goals. You will work closely with internal teams to orchestrate introductions and conduct joint pitches, effectively shortening deal cycles. Your insights will help shape product development as you identify top workflows for clinics and prioritize them in collaboration with the product team. You will also support on-site implementations, training super users, and tracking adoption KPIs to ensure sustainable usage of the product. Additionally, you will enhance market presence by representing Doctolib at leading hospital conferences and building valuable networks.
