Overview

Doinstruct is hiring a Senior Account Executive (Enterprise) to drive revenue by engaging and closing enterprise accounts. This role requires proven success in B2B SaaS sales and offers the opportunity to shape sales strategies.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding quotas in deals with 6-figure+ ACV. You are a strategic dealmaker, skilled at managing complex sales cycles of 6–12 months and navigating procurement processes. Your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and land new enterprise logos is a key strength. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with a dedicated SDR to convert qualified leads into long-term customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement to signed multi-year contracts. This includes conducting discovery sessions, delivering tailored product demonstrations, developing business cases, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You will take responsibility for a defined segment of the market, tailoring your outreach and sales strategies for maximum impact. Additionally, you will share best practices and contribute to refining the overall sales approach, helping to elevate team performance and drive growth.
