Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry — you understand the unique challenges operators face and can provide tailored solutions to enhance their guest relationships. You excel in consultative selling, building trust with clients, and identifying their operational gaps to recommend effective technology solutions. Your ability to engage with customers both virtually and in person sets you apart, as you thrive in a field sales environment.

You are a strong communicator who can articulate complex ideas simply and effectively — your interpersonal skills allow you to connect with diverse stakeholders, from restaurant operators to hospitality groups. You are results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. You are comfortable working independently and managing your own sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for selling In-Store solutions to restaurants and hospitality groups — this includes prospecting new clients, conducting consultative discovery sessions, and delivering live product demonstrations. You will work closely with operators to understand their business needs and recommend solutions that improve guest engagement and operational efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to launch.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth for the SevenRooms platform — your consultative approach will help you build strong relationships with clients, positioning you as a trusted advisor. You will also engage in regular follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify further opportunities for upselling.
