You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in account management or business development. You excel at building long-term relationships and have a consultative approach to solving client challenges. Your ability to identify strategic opportunities within accounts sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You are motivated by commercial goals while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset. You understand the importance of maximizing value for clients and are excited about contributing to revenue growth through renewals and upsells.

What you'll do

As an Account Development Executive at DoorDash, you will own the growth and retention of a portfolio of existing restaurant and hospitality customers. Your primary focus will be on driving renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within these accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value they receive from the SevenRooms platform. This involves understanding their unique business challenges and recommending tailored solutions that enhance their in-store experiences. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure that clients are set up for long-term success. Your role will also involve identifying operational gaps and recommending technology that streamlines processes for your clients. You will report to a Sales Leader and play a critical role in driving new business growth while supporting the long-term success of your partners.
