Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in building relationships with local businesses. Your experience in field sales has equipped you with the skills to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently while managing your time efficiently.

You understand the importance of local partnerships and have a knack for identifying opportunities that benefit both DoorDash and the merchants you work with. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively helps you to convey the value of DoorDash’s offerings to potential partners.

What you'll do

As a Regional Merchant Lead, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new restaurant partners to closing deals. You will spend a significant portion of your time in the field, meeting with restaurant owners and presenting DoorDash’s suite of services. Your role will involve negotiating revenue share agreements and selling multi-product solutions tailored to the needs of each merchant.

You will also collaborate with your team to strategize on how to best approach potential partners and share insights from your field experiences. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of DoorDash’s SMB partnerships, enhancing operations and driving consumer growth in your assigned market.
