You are passionate about maximizing the potential of restaurant partners on the DoorDash platform and have a proven track record of executing high-stakes deal strategies. You are also committed to the growth and effectiveness of your team, providing mentorship and guidance to your direct reports.

What you'll do

As the Manager of SMB Business Development - Retention, you will own key partnership moments, ensuring successful engagement during critical phases such as contract renewals and exclusivity negotiations. You will lead a team focused on executing high-impact partnership engagements, driving retention and product adoption. Your role will involve strategic interventions that enhance the long-term success of our restaurant partners, collaborating closely with various internal teams to achieve these goals. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Top Restaurant Partnerships and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our partnerships.
