DoorDash is hiring a Manager for SMB Business Development in the Meal Boxes division. You'll lead a team to acquire and expand partnerships with top restaurant brands. This role requires strategic sales leadership and experience in business development.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, ideally with experience in the food or restaurant industry. You possess strong leadership skills and have successfully managed teams to achieve ambitious sales targets. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You are entrepreneurial in spirit, ready to shape a go-to-market model from the ground up, and you thrive on building relationships with key partners. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can leverage insights to drive growth.

Desirable

Experience in the SMB sector or with meal delivery services is a plus. Familiarity with sales pipeline management and regional market strategies will help you excel in this role. A background in strategic partnerships or account management will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As the Manager of SMB Business Development for Meal Boxes, you will lead a team of Business Development Executives focused on acquiring and retaining high-value restaurant partners. You will develop and execute regional strategies to open new markets and sign top restaurant brands, ensuring the successful launch of our Affordable Meals initiative. Your role will involve defining goals, leading pipeline strategy, and collaborating closely with the General Manager to refine our approach for national scale. You will be responsible for team development, driving performance, and fostering a culture of success within your team. You will also analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings and ensure we meet the needs of our partners and customers.
