DoraHacks is hiring an Ecosystem Success Manager to ensure organizations achieve maximum value from their products. You'll guide customers through onboarding and adoption while driving product success. This role requires 3+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software.

Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the SaaS or AI sectors β you've successfully guided organizations through onboarding and product adoption, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You possess a customer-obsessed mindset, always striving to understand and meet client needs while building strong relationships. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and relay insights to cross-functional teams has been instrumental in driving product improvements and customer satisfaction.
You are skilled in designing and executing customer journeys that enhance user experience and drive product adoption β you understand the importance of aligning product features with customer goals and pain points. Your proactive engagement with customers ensures they are maximizing the value of the products they use, and you are adept at monitoring success metrics to achieve customer success KPIs consistently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead organizations through seamless onboarding to DoraHacks and BUIDL AI products, setting them up for long-term success. You will design and execute the Ideal Customer Journey, ensuring clients achieve their outcomes at each stage. Proactively engaging customers will be key to deepening their use of DoraHacksβ hackathon, funding, and governance infrastructure. You will identify customer needs, map pain points, and align DoraHacksβ products to solve real challenges.
You will capture insights directly from customers and deliver structured feedback to sales, product, and leadership teams, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard and acted upon. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will partner with the sales team on renewals and expansions, as well as with the product team on roadmap alignment. Monitoring usage, adoption, retention, and satisfaction metrics will be part of your responsibilities, as you strive to hit customer success KPIs consistently.
