You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally within the education technology sector. Your experience includes working with K-12 districts and understanding their unique challenges and needs. You are passionate about improving educational outcomes and have a proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels within school districts. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your strategies and decisions, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Edia, you will be responsible for leading strategic account management efforts across multiple K-12 districts. You will take ownership of Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR), ensuring that schools and districts fully realize the value of our AI-driven solutions. You will develop and execute targeted expansion initiatives to deepen customer adoption and drive student success. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and challenges, providing insights that inform product development and enhancements. You will also be instrumental in creating and delivering training and support materials to help customers effectively utilize our platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to Edia's mission of revolutionizing K-12 education and improving student outcomes.
