DoubleVerify is hiring a Senior Manager for Customer Success to lead the Rockerbox CSM team. You'll ensure strategic customer interactions and drive measurable value. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in customer success management.

You have a proven track record in customer success management, with experience leading teams and driving customer engagement. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while ensuring that your team delivers exceptional outcomes. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you enjoy coaching others to improve their performance and customer interactions.

You understand the importance of accountability and process in customer success, and you have a knack for developing systems that enhance team efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders sets you apart, as you can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Desirable

Experience in digital media measurement or analytics is a plus, as it will help you understand the nuances of the industry and the needs of your customers. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and coach the Customer Success Management team, ensuring that every customer interaction is strategic and focused on delivering measurable value. You will manage the development of your team, guiding them in their customer conversations and helping them navigate challenges effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in strengthening accountability around processes, documentation, and execution quality.

You will be deeply involved in customer interactions, providing guidance on escalation responses and ensuring that your team is equipped to handle various customer scenarios. As you help build the customer success systems and habits, you will position Rockerbox for continued growth and success in the digital advertising ecosystem.
