Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations, particularly in managing revenue recognition processes. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you thrive in environments that require precision and accuracy in data handling. You are familiar with SaaS consumption and billing workflows, which allows you to navigate complex datasets effectively. Your experience with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Google Sheets enables you to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
You are a structured operator who enjoys process improvement and automation. You understand the importance of timely and accurate reporting, and you are committed to delivering high-quality results. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights is a key strength, allowing you to support both internal accounting teams and external partners effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire revenue recognition process for Druva's MSP business. This includes ensuring the accuracy of monthly RevRec data and delivering MSP Scorecards and outbound reporting packages on time. You will work closely with various teams to validate inbound data and handle any discrepancies that arise. Your focus will be on reducing manual reconciliation time and minimizing partner data disputes through increased automation.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your success will be measured by the accuracy of the data you manage and the timeliness of your reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on revenue recognition processes.
