Overview

Dune is seeking a Sales Development Manager to build and own the outbound motion and pipeline creation engine. This hands-on role requires strong execution skills and the ability to lead a small team of SDRs as the company scales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales development, ideally with experience in building outbound strategies and pipeline creation. You thrive in a hands-on role where you can execute and lead by example, demonstrating your ability to drive results through effective outbound efforts. You possess strong leadership qualities and are excited about the opportunity to mentor and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives as the company expands. You are passionate about the crypto space and understand the importance of making data accessible to a wider audience.

Desirable

Experience in the tech or crypto industry is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics platforms. You are adaptable and open to learning, willing to embrace new challenges and opportunities as they arise. You understand the nuances of market mapping and experimentation, and you are eager to implement innovative strategies to enhance pipeline creation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and owning Dune's outbound motion, focusing on pipeline creation through effective strategy and execution. You will start as a player-coach, personally driving outbound efforts while laying the groundwork for a highly effective Sales Development Representative function. Your primary mandate will be to create a robust pipeline through outbound strategies, ensuring that the company can scale effectively. You will engage in market mapping and experimentation to identify new opportunities and refine existing processes. As you grow into a leadership role, you will mentor and guide a small team of SDRs, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and success. You will work closely with other teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals, ensuring that Dune continues to lead in the crypto analytics space.
