Earnin is hiring a Head of People & Culture to lead People Partnership and Operations for the APAC region. You'll provide strategic partnership to country site leads and regional leaders, focusing on organization design and employee experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in People Operations, ideally with a focus on the APAC region. Your background includes strategic partnership with leadership teams, advising on organization design and talent planning. You understand the unique challenges of managing people across diverse cultures and regions, and you are adept at translating global strategies into locally relevant solutions.
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze complex situations and provide actionable insights to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change is complemented by a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
What you'll do
As the Head of People & Culture, you will serve as a core member of the People Partnering team, representing APAC priorities in global discussions. You will provide strategic People partnership to APAC country site leads, advising on organization design, leadership effectiveness, and talent planning. Your role will involve holding end-to-end People Operations and Programs, ensuring that the needs of the APAC region are met while aligning with Earnin's global objectives.
You will collaborate closely with regional leaders to develop and implement People strategies that enhance employee experience and drive engagement. This includes overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the APAC workforce. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the People Operations function.
