Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong relationships with clients. Your ability to understand complex technical solutions and articulate their value to stakeholders is a key strength. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on results. You are skilled in using frameworks like MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and chase high-confidence deals. Your communication skills enable you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or search technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with consumption-based sales models. You are adept at using various outreach methods, including email, calls, and social media, to generate leads and opportunities. A background in working with cross-functional teams will help you navigate the complexities of enterprise sales.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own your territory and be responsible for developing and executing a proactive outbound cadence to generate new business opportunities. You will conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and decision criteria, ensuring that you focus on the most promising deals. Crafting and delivering tailored value propositions and product demonstrations will be essential to your success. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are effectively implemented. Your ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals will directly contribute to Elastic's growth in the Enterprise segment.
