You are a high-energy sales professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, particularly within the public sector. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively tell the Elastic Search AI story to various stakeholders. You have experience in building pipelines and managing complex sales processes, ensuring that you chase only the highest-confidence deals. Your ability to conduct deep discovery and qualification using frameworks like MEDDPICC sets you apart in identifying pain points and decision criteria.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with technical teams to deliver tailored value propositions and demos. Your technical fluency allows you to engage with clients on a deeper level, understanding their needs and how Elastic's solutions can meet them. You are comfortable with a consumption-based sales model and can navigate the intricacies of government procurement processes.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with AI or search solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with government sales processes and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own your territory and build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach strategies, including email, calls, and social media engagement. You will be responsible for generating at least 50% of your booked opportunities through these efforts. Your role will involve conducting deep discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, business impacts, and budget considerations, ensuring that you focus on the most promising deals.
You will craft and deliver tailored value storytelling and product demonstrations that resonate with potential clients. Your ability to articulate the benefits of Elastic's solutions will be crucial in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are effectively implemented.
