You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and are skilled at building relationships with key stakeholders. Your experience includes developing and executing outbound sales strategies that generate significant opportunities. You are adept at uncovering customer pain points and aligning solutions to meet their needs, using frameworks like MEDDPICC to prioritize high-confidence deals. You possess strong storytelling abilities, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of complex solutions to diverse audiences.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Your technical fluency enables you to engage with clients on a deeper level, understanding their challenges and how Elastic's solutions can address them. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with AI or data solutions, is a plus. What you'll do
