Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the hospitality or restaurant industry, where you've successfully built relationships and identified client needs. Your consultative approach allows you to understand the unique challenges faced by hospitality operators and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their operations. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Your ability to foster excitement and commitment among clients about using the SevenRooms platform is key to your success in this role.

You are a go-getter, driven by the mission to empower hospitality operators to excel and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You understand the importance of reducing dependency on third-party networks and are passionate about helping clients own their guest relationships. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value of the SevenRooms platform effectively, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued throughout their journey.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at SevenRooms, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new restaurant clients to the platform. You will engage with potential clients to understand their current tools and processes, identifying gaps and recommending the appropriate SevenRooms solutions, including reservation, waitlist, and table management systems. Your role will involve collaborating with operational teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring that new clients are excited and committed to using the platform.

You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, building strong relationships and providing ongoing support to ensure their success with the SevenRooms platform. Your consultative approach will help you uncover additional opportunities for clients to leverage the platform's features, ultimately driving their satisfaction and loyalty. You will report to the Sales Manager for the EMEA region, contributing to the overall mission of redefining the hospitality industry for restaurant operators worldwide.
