You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong relationships with clients. Your ability to understand complex technical solutions and communicate their value effectively sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in the sales process.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to uncover client pain points and tailor your approach to meet their specific needs. Your experience with frameworks like MEDDPICC demonstrates your strategic thinking and ability to qualify high-confidence deals. You are a natural storyteller, capable of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own your territory and build a robust pipeline through proactive outreach strategies, including email, calls, and social media engagement. You will conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover client needs and decision criteria, ensuring you focus on the most promising opportunities. Your responsibilities will include delivering tailored presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the unique value of the Elastic Search AI Platform.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and product capabilities. Your role will be critical in driving the growth of Elastic's enterprise segment, and you will be expected to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model. You will also track and report on your sales activities and results, continuously refining your approach based on performance metrics.
