Camunda is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive ARR growth from new business and existing customers in North America. This fully remote position involves managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in driving revenue growth through complex sales cycles. Your experience includes engaging with large organizations across various verticals, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones.
You possess strong negotiation skills and can navigate financial and legal discussions with ease. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to present solutions clearly and persuasively. You are results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. You will engage in technical discovery and evaluations, ensuring that potential clients understand the value of Camunda's enterprise-grade automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting presentations, managing negotiations, and facilitating on-site meetings when necessary.
You will work closely with the sales leadership team based in the US, collaborating to develop strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve understanding market trends and customer needs to effectively position Camunda's offerings. You will also be expected to maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with our solutions.
