Overview

Infisical is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to grow the customer base and close new accounts for their secrets management platform. You'll work closely with the CEO and engineering team to drive the sales cycle and ensure product adoption. This role requires strong sales skills and a passion for security infrastructure.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and are passionate about technology and security. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are eager to take ownership of your role, driving results and building relationships with clients. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. You are comfortable collaborating with technical teams to understand product offerings and customer needs, ensuring that you can effectively demonstrate value to prospects.

You are results-driven and have experience managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are skilled at identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a growing startup, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Infisical, you will be responsible for expanding the customer base and closing new logos for our secrets management platform. You will work closely with our CEO and the engineering team to understand and demonstrate our products to prospects, ensuring that you can effectively communicate their benefits. You will drive the sales cycle from prospect to close, ensuring that customers adopt and consume our products effectively. Your role will involve identifying current customers with upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to the growth of our enterprise accounts segment.

You will collaborate with the engineering team to define customer requirements and communicate timelines, ensuring that we meet client expectations. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be crucial as you work to understand their needs and challenges, positioning Infisical as a trusted partner in their security journey. You will play a defining role in shaping the future of our open-source security infrastructure stack, making security easier for all developers.
