Who you are
You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS, particularly in engaging with C-level executives across various business functions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess great energy, leadership, and initiative. You understand the complexities of the sales process and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders to drive results. You have a strong ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. Your consultative and value-based selling approach allows you to effectively position Smartling's solutions to prospective clients. You are also comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and revenue generation.
Desirable
Experience in localization or translation services is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-enabled platforms. You may also have a background in representing companies at industry events, showcasing your ability to network and build relationships within the industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing deals with multiple C-Level stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering against all revenue targets and key performance metrics, ensuring that you build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector intelligence. You will engage with prospects to position Smartling's solutions strategically, demonstrating ownership of all aspects of territory management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to maximize customer success and revenue generation. You will also represent Smartling at industry events, further enhancing the company's visibility and market presence.
