What you'll do

As the Engineering Lead on the Customer Value Engineering team, you will oversee the design and implementation of scalable AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable value to customers. You will lead discovery workshops to understand human workflows and pain points, translating these insights into actionable solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions developed align with customer expectations and business goals.

You will be responsible for guiding the team through the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery to production deployment. This includes ensuring that the solutions are secure, observable, and scalable, while also meeting the highest standards of quality.
