Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the technology sector, where you've successfully led product strategies and executed on complex projects. Your background includes working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enhancing employee productivity and creativity.
You are a strategic thinker who can define a product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals. Your experience includes managing large-scale deployments and navigating the nuances of global enterprise environments. You are adept at using data and research to inform product decisions and understand customer pain points deeply.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Ema, you will own the end-to-end product vision for the Employee Experience suite, focusing on redefining key functions such as customer support and HR operations through Agentic AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the development of new capabilities that position Ema as a leader in the industry. Your role will involve engaging with global enterprises to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Ema's solutions, driving significant commercial impact.
You will lead the product lifecycle from initial concept through to launch, ensuring that products are not only innovative but also reliable and scalable. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, defining metrics for success, and equipping sales and marketing teams with the necessary tools to promote Ema's offerings effectively. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior product managers and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.
