Endeavor is hiring an Account Executive to own full-cycle deals and define the sales motion for their AI-driven automation solutions. You'll work closely with founders and product teams in San Francisco. This role requires experience in sales, particularly in legacy-heavy domains.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in manufacturing or distribution sectors. You thrive in environments where you can generate your own pipeline and are comfortable working alongside Business Development Representatives. Your ability to translate technical concepts into business value is key, as you will be engaging with operators, IT, and engineers to drive sales in complex ERP contexts.

You possess excellent writing and documentation skills, which are essential for creating discovery scripts, demo flows, and mutual action plans. Your pipeline discipline ensures that you maintain momentum throughout the sales process, and you are adept at running remote discovery sessions that effectively map customer pains to your solutions.

Desirable

Experience selling workflow automation or AI-adjacent products is a plus. Familiarity with legacy-heavy domains such as healthcare or government technology will give you an edge in understanding your clients' needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a segment end-to-end, selecting your verticals and regions while building a strategic plan to achieve your sales targets. You will create the sales motion rather than just executing it, which includes writing discovery scripts and iterating on your approach based on feedback from calls and win/loss notes. Your ability to quarterback decisions will be crucial as you manage multiple stakeholders in parallel, ensuring that timelines are controlled and go-live dates are set during the closing calls.

You will be responsible for making ROI clear to your clients, using benchmark baselines to demonstrate the value of your solutions. Your deals will not only contribute to immediate sales but will also shape the company's roadmap and customer reference base, making your role pivotal in the growth of Endeavor.
