Overview

Energage is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as a trusted advisor and product expert in the sales process. You'll partner with Account Executives to deliver engaging product demonstrations and design tailored solutions. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a deep understanding of client needs.

Who you are

You have a strong background in consulting or sales, ideally with experience in technology solutions. You excel at understanding client goals and translating them into actionable solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to deliver engaging product demonstrations that resonate with clients. You are a collaborative team player, working closely with Account Executives and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities. You stay current on industry trends and are eager to share your knowledge with others. You have a passion for helping clients achieve their business objectives through tailored solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand client goals, challenges, and desired business outcomes. You will participate in discovery sessions to identify client needs and translate them into solution requirements. Your expertise will shine as you design and deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate Energage’s value. You will support RFP and proposal development with solution design, technical details, and configuration recommendations. Collaboration is key, as you will work with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities. Staying current on product enhancements, talent management trends, and competitor offerings will be part of your routine. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Energage’s behavioral science, analytics, and talent management modules, contributing to the continuous improvement of demo environments, playbooks, and sales enablement materials.
