Who you are

You are an entry-level Technical Support Engineer with a passion for resolving technical issues and providing excellent customer service. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work with talented colleagues to support clean energy technologies. Your strong research and communication skills enable you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring that systems meet client needs.

You have a team-oriented approach and are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Your ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member makes you a valuable asset to the Information Systems department. You are committed to enhancing a supportive and energetic culture within the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with the current team to manage and resolve technical issues related to existing software systems. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the software systems facilitate the distribution of incentives for clean energy technologies. Your responsibilities will include debugging and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support to clients and stakeholders.

You will report to the Software Support Manager and participate in a hybrid work model, working onsite at one of the offices at least one day a week. Your contributions will help ensure that the systems we support meet the needs of our clients and the programs we facilitate.
