You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in building and nurturing relationships with multiple decision-makers in the property management sector. Your experience includes navigating complex sales cycles and managing large deal sizes, making you adept at identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You thrive in environments that require a strategic approach to sales and possess the ability to engage effectively with both local and regional apartment associations.
You are a sales hunter at heart, driven by the challenge of establishing new business relationships while also developing existing ones. Your adaptability and intelligence allow you to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from top executives to part-time employees. You understand the importance of transparent communication and are committed to upholding the values of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify, establish, and develop business sales relationships with property management companies, focusing on both new and existing accounts. You will actively participate in local and regional apartment associations, representing Entrata and promoting its comprehensive software suite that spans rent payments, insurance, leasing, maintenance, marketing, and communication tools. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring that you meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with other team members to refine sales strategies and share insights that can enhance the overall sales approach. Your role will also involve local and regional travel to meet clients and attend industry events, allowing you to stay connected with market trends and customer needs. You will be expected to provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions, helping to shape the future of Entrata's offerings.
