You have a strong background in providing technical support, ideally within the software or property management industry. Your experience includes working with both technical and non-technical staff, ensuring that all users can effectively utilize complex software solutions. You are adept at mentoring and coaching others, helping them to succeed in their roles while fostering a collaborative environment.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage with customers and internal teams effectively. Your ability to understand and address customer needs is paramount, and you thrive in environments where you can contribute to the success of both the team and the clients. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with supporting a comprehensive software suite.
What you'll do
As a Key Account Support Engineer, you will provide advanced technical assistance to customers, ensuring they can effectively utilize Entrata's suite of property management solutions. You will collaborate with teams outside of Technical Support, including Product, R&D, and Training, to holistically address customer needs and improve the overall user experience. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, guiding customers through technical challenges, and ensuring that they receive the highest level of support.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching other support engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills. By fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the support team and the services provided to customers.
