Enviva is hiring a Director, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness to lead talent initiatives and organizational systems. You have a strong background in talent management and organizational effectiveness, with a proven track record of developing and executing talent strategies that align with business goals. Your experience includes leading teams in talent acquisition, management, and development, ensuring that the organization has the right capabilities to drive success. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with executive leadership and HR partners to enhance workforce effectiveness and employee engagement.
You possess deep expertise in leadership development and succession planning, understanding the importance of building a strong leadership pipeline. Your business acumen allows you to assess organizational needs and design effective solutions that foster growth and operational excellence. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment, adapting your strategies to meet evolving challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and execute enterprise-wide talent strategies that include leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs. You will assess organizational effectiveness and implement initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities across corporate and manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will involve partnering with plant managers and HR business partners to enhance employee engagement and organizational design.
You will lead a small team focused on core talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with Enviva's Operating Agenda. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in driving operational excellence and sustainable growth within the organization. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of talent programs and making data-driven adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
