You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the infrastructure industry, and possess a deep understanding of geospatial technology. Your customer-oriented approach and collaborative mindset enable you to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. With experience in managing high-level accounts, you are adept at prospecting and developing location strategies for large organizations. What you'll do
In this role, you will be an integral part of Esri’s Infrastructure account team, working closely with electric, gas, telecom, and rail customers. You will be responsible for optimizing and expanding the adoption of Esri technology, ensuring that clients can leverage these tools to achieve their missions. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships, participating in trade shows and workshops, and presenting innovative solutions to clients.
You will demonstrate advanced industry knowledge and its relevance to GIS applications, helping clients navigate complex budgeting and acquisition processes. Your role will also involve identifying new areas of growth and collaborating with internal teams to deliver expertise that supports customer success. You will be encouraged to learn and grow within the organization, continuously enhancing your understanding of the infrastructure sector and the technologies that drive it.
