You have a strong background in the infrastructure industry, particularly in utilities, telecom, and rail, and you understand how to apply geospatial technology to meet customer needs. Your customer-oriented approach allows you to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their success with Esri's technology. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with teams to implement strategies that address complex challenges faced by organizations.
Your experience includes prospecting and developing location strategies for large, complex organizations. You are adept at creating new opportunities within high-level accounts and deepening existing relationships. You have a solid understanding of customer budgeting and acquisition processes, which enables you to navigate complex organizational structures effectively.
You possess advanced industry knowledge relevant to the application of GIS technology, allowing you to articulate the value of Esri's solutions to customers. You are comfortable presenting at trade shows, workshops, and seminars, showcasing your expertise and promoting Esri's offerings to potential clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with electric, gas, telecom, and rail customers, helping them optimize and expand their adoption of Esri technology. You will work closely with a dedicated account team to identify new areas of growth and deliver expertise that aligns with customer missions. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, identifying key stakeholders, and gaining access to executive decision-makers within organizations.
You will participate in trade shows and workshops, presenting Esri's technology and its benefits to potential clients.
