You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the utilities, telecom, or rail sectors. You are customer-oriented and enjoy building relationships that foster collaboration and growth. Your understanding of geospatial technology allows you to effectively communicate its value to clients. You thrive in a team environment and are skilled at identifying and implementing strategies that address customer challenges. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. You are proactive in maintaining a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities and are comfortable leveraging social media to expand your professional network.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the electric, gas, telecom, and rail industries. You will prospect and develop location strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives. Your role will involve understanding customer budgeting and acquisition processes to effectively position Esri's solutions. You will participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to showcase Esri's technology and its applications in the infrastructure sector. You will collaborate closely with your team to optimize the adoption of Esri technology among clients and identify new areas for growth.
