You have over 5 years of experience in business development, particularly within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry β your expertise in enterprise sales has equipped you with the skills to effectively promote technology solutions. You understand the regional landscape and can identify new markets and business partners, leveraging your knowledge to drive growth. Your ability to articulate business value clearly to customers and distributors sets you apart, allowing you to build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor. You thrive in collaborative environments, engaging with division leadership and executives to contribute to strategic initiatives and business planning processes. You are a mentor to your team, sharing knowledge and driving change and innovation with confidence.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with Esriβs distributor network to co-sell and promote the adoption of Esri technology across the Americas region. You will drive opportunities by identifying new areas for growth and delivering expertise that aligns with customer missions and visions. Your strategic thinking will be crucial as you participate in the business planning process, developing annual business plans that align with Esriβs goals. You will engage with customers and distributors to clearly articulate the business value of Esriβs offerings, ensuring that they understand the benefits of leveraging geographic technology. Your role will involve actively sharing knowledge with your team, supporting their professional development while driving results through defined strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for leading initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring that all necessary resources are brought together to achieve success.
