What you'll do

In this role, you will review, negotiate, and draft sales agreement offers, OEM, reselling, and procurement contracts. You will respond promptly to work requests and provide quality, customer-focused support to staff regarding routine agreements and specialized offers. Your expertise will help ensure that agreements are consistent with Esri’s financial and risk management objectives.

You will leverage your strategic thinking to provide insights and identify patterns that can improve processes. Your role will involve interacting with various teams across industries and governments, ensuring that all agreements meet business needs and sales goals.
