Who you are

You have experience in deal desk operations, supporting sales teams through the deal cycle by facilitating quote and contract reviews. You understand the quote-to-cash process and are adept at managing various aspects of sales operations. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the deal process.

You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify potential issues in contracts and quotes before they escalate. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with various tools and technologies to streamline processes. You are proactive in seeking improvements and efficiencies in the deal desk function, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.

What you'll do

As a Deal Desk Specialist at SecurityScorecard, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing the quote and contract review process. You will ensure that all quotes are accurate and compliant with company policies, facilitating smooth transactions for the sales team. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives, legal, and finance teams to address any concerns or questions that arise during the deal cycle.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating deal desk documentation, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and easily accessible for team members. Your role will involve analyzing deal data to identify trends and provide insights that can help improve the efficiency of the deal desk operations. You will participate in regular meetings with the sales team to discuss ongoing deals and provide support as needed.
