You have 6-8+ years of experience in deal strategy, procurement, or financial consulting — you've successfully driven custom deals to closure and understand the intricacies of pricing frameworks. Your background in payments and SaaS gives you a unique perspective on the industry, allowing you to navigate complex negotiations effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills are your forte — you can articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in ambiguous, quickly scaling environments and are comfortable taking initiative to drive results. Your project management skills enable you to coordinate efforts across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus — you understand the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling operations. A BA/BS degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics will complement your practical experience, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
As a Deal Strategist at Stripe, you will focus on the closure of custom and standard commercial deals, managing the deal lifecycle from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
