Everbridge is hiring a German-speaking Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and revenue across the DACH region. This fully remote role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in complex enterprise sales cycles.

Who you are
You are a driven and strategic sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales. You thrive on building relationships and have a knack for winning new business, particularly in complex sales cycles. Your fluency in German allows you to effectively communicate with clients in the DACH region, and you are comfortable navigating the nuances of different markets. You understand the importance of critical event management and enterprise resilience solutions, and you are passionate about helping organizations prepare for and respond to risk.
You have experience working in a remote environment, demonstrating your ability to manage your time effectively and stay motivated without direct supervision. You are a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of opening new markets and driving strategy. Your ability to influence decision-makers and articulate the value of solutions is one of your key strengths. You are also adaptable and open to learning, always looking for ways to improve your approach and achieve better results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on bringing new clients onboard and driving net-new enterprise revenue across the DACH region. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet those needs. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you are seen as a trusted advisor. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
You will be expected to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This includes conducting market research to identify new opportunities and staying informed about industry trends. You will also be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets.
