You have 2-3 years of experience in a technical role, demonstrating a strong passion for customer engagement and collaboration across internal teams. What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing the customer journey from pre-contract signing through pilot and conversion. You will lead customers through onboarding, conducting training sessions with developers to ensure a smooth transition. Monitoring and communicating the status and progress of customers will be key to ensuring their continued success with our products.
You will act as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, translating customer feedback into actionable product improvements. Your role will involve providing proactive customer guidance, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings. You will also address technical queries and collaborate closely with internal teams to implement enhancements swiftly and efficiently.
