What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of customers and communicating tailored solution designs that meet those needs. You will lead technical evaluations, serving as the authentication subject matter expert for customer engineering teams. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with customer expectations and technical requirements. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements, ensuring that Stytch's offerings remain competitive and effective.
You will engage in regular in-person collaboration with your team, working 2-3 days a week in the office to foster strong team dynamics and enhance communication. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of the product, making your role crucial to the company's growth and reputation in the market.
