Who you are

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in customer experience or solutions teams. You are skilled in building operational frameworks and have a knack for establishing clear rules of engagement and ownership criteria. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will help drive performance management across functions.

You are a strategic thinker who can also operate hands-on, starting as a team of one and eventually building a team of post-sales operations professionals. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with leadership across various departments, including finance and business systems.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building the global operating framework for CES, defining clear rules of engagement and escalation paths that promote consistency and alignment across functions. You will establish a unified reporting and metrics framework that connects activity to outcomes, driving a proactive review cadence for CES leadership. Your work will directly influence how Figma measures, forecasts, and resources the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.

You will partner closely with GTM leadership and various teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent performance management worldwide. As you grow the team, you will mentor and guide new hires, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
